Creating a Custom Report

A Custom Report allows you to receive selected product information and data direct to your email on a frequency determined by you.

This is ideal for APL management, keeping track of ratings, performance etc with a regular report containing all the information relevant to your business.

Create and manage all your saved customised reports via Custom Settings > Custom Reports

CREATING A CUSTOM REPORT

There are two options to create and schedule your report:

1. From the Product Search page, click here to learn more about this process

2. Direct from Custom Report page by clicking on the green button "Schedule a Report"

 

In the pop up follow the three steps to create your report:

STEP 1: Give you report a name, email subject line and how frequently you want to receive the report

STEP 2: Select you data points - this menu includes all the data points available for all investment products and you find in Product Search

  • Use the Search box to quickly find the data points you want

STEP 3: Choose your products

  • Search for products using the name or APIR/ASX code
  • If you have your list of products saved as a Product Group select this toggle option and choose your Product Group from the list
    Note: as products are added/removed from a saved Product Group they will be added/ removed to this Custom Report so the two always align

Once you are happy with all the selections click on Schedule and the report is set up ready to be emailed to you on the next scheduled date
