Set up a report for your key products and the information you require and have them emailed to you on a daily, weekly or quarterly basis.

A custom report is ideal for monitoring your APL and receiving the latest monthly data for these core products for you to save on file, a Custom Report could be your APL you have saved as a Product Group for example.
You can create the report from the Shortlisted Products tab or via Custom Settings > Custom Report
When in Shortlisted Products in the Product Search area, click on the button Schedule Custom Report.
In the pop up box follow the prompts:
Step 1 Schedule your report, enter:
- Report name
- Email subject title
- Frequency - for weekly, select the day; for monthly select the date
Step 2: Select your data points
- this will auto populate with what you have selected on the Shortlisted Products tab, you can select additional data attributes using the drop down menu
Step 3: Choose your products
- this will auto populate with the products you have selected on the Shortlisted Products tab, you can add additional products from the search box and remove products using the 'x' next to each product
Please note: a scheduled report can only be sent to the email address of the registered iRate user as shown on the Schedule tab. If this email address is incorrect please contact us.
The Custom Report table can be located under the Custom Settings menu - from here you can view and edit all scheduled custom reports you have created.
