What is the communication process to advisors regarding portfolio changes?
We use a two-step process to advise you of underlying portfolio changes. The first step is an email to advisers within three days of a portfolio change, advising that a change will be made. This is followed up with an email after the change has been made that provides the full rationale for the change and an updated portfolio structure.
We will not issue any communication to your clients directly.
Depending on the chosen platform, portfolio rebalances may take effect upon contributions and withdrawals or on an adhoc basis by the platform. These changes that are platform instigated are not communicated by Lonsec.
